A forum ???? A lot of hard work to keep it interesting, but if you have ideas and input it can be a very exciting place to be. A forum or chat progam allow you to interact with your clients, create lasting relationships, and provide a resource for interested parties. There has to be an interest in what you promote and hard and fast rules to your subscribers the Foorum can and will get out of hand. If you do set one up plan on being able to respond to the Q&A's, you would have to do this on a timely basis or get a Moderator to assist.
